Need Help Areas
While F.A.Q. Help is where you can find specific problems and their answers, Need Help Areas is more like a user manual on how to use our services through their web interfaces. Inside the Control Panel we have a complemented help area on each separate section, upper right corner. It reveals information on what the specific section's purpose is, how you can use it and if there are any specific terms and their interpretation. We recommend that you read need help areas for your good comprehension and work with our control panel.
Trouble Ticket System
File a trouble ticket to our technical support if no solution from our F.A.Q. Help seems to be satisfactory to you or you do not know where to start from. You have to log in your Control Panel to open a trouble ticket. We aim to provide a quick and precise answer to your problem. To assure better performance of our technical support team and therefore faster and more precise help, we kindly ask you to open a separate ticket for every single problem. Once a particular issue is solved through a ticket, please do not ask for help on different topics inside the same ticket - just open a new one.
Free web hosting news: increased MySQL space for the Free hosting plan
We have increased the available MySQL space for the FREE Hosting Plan from 10 MB to 30 MB. This means your database is now three times as big and can store triple the data than before.
If you don't see this new 30 MB MySQL space in your free web hosting you should consider to create a new free hosting account and close the old one. Create a backup of your website and migrate to the new free web hosting plan.
Web hosting news: increased MySQL space for the Personal hosting plan
We have increased the available MySQL space for the PERSONAL Hosting Plan from 50 MB to 100 MB. This means your database is now twice as big and can store double the data than before.
If you don't see this new 100 MB MySQL space in your personal web hosting plan, please contact our support team to upgrade your MySQL space as soon as possible.
Free Servers Maintenance Finished

Free Servers Maintenance – November, 2016
A major and extremely urgent upgrade on some of the free servers will be made this weekend. This upgrade requires a total restart of the free services. Our techs foresee the process will take 72 hours, give or take, and the free hosting service will suffer intermittent but expected interruptions. Unfortunately, access to free hosting control panel and free hosted websites will be unavailable while the upgrade process takes place. Furthermore, this maintenance process is completely unavoidable and utterly urgent. To upgrade to the 1 GB mailbox go to your free hosting control panel, email settings, click the disk icon in the list to the right of your account, set the new amount up to 1024 and click Save.
